My Whare Tapa Wha!

I like taking care of my physical body by playing netball every week our games are on Saturdays .  Training ios on Tuesdays for us moving around and passing the ball around is great for your body.My favourite healthy foods are pesto pasta it has pasta the pesto cream that is green put it in this thing with parsley  and werl it around then you have it. My second favourite is sushi. To keep me fit I do p.e swimming, and netball once a week. I also play games with my friends like 4 square and earl. I think I need to improve in being more healthy and being more sporty about things.
